Celebrating the Lives and Legacies representing Alaska's True History Take a stroll through the history of Alaska in this web museum and almanac. The Museum exhibits individuals, organizations, and local communities with growing collections of articles, pictures, and curiosities. The Daily Almanac tracks trends in Alaskan weather, wildlife, conservation, politics, and much more. With three main museum sections, and three almanac subsections, Alaskan-Legacies.com is a catch-all for all things Alaskan. The "Legacies" section of the museum is devoted to full-fledged biographies, and the "Profiles" section is a repository of community information. "Remembrance" is an archive of life stories of Alaskans of all kinds. Our Bulletin Board caters to seekers of information and sharers of knowledge. The Student Resources available are meant to solidify the utility of this website for all ages. Studying the history and culture of Alaska will give a taste of the state's overall legacy and potential for the future. Take part in our ongoing project to highlight the lives of key Alaskans.
